I read your manuscript in full and provide thoughtful, written feedback on voice, structure, pacing, and emotional integrity. This is not line editing. It is a clear-eyed assessment of whether the work is coherent, where it is strong, and where it may need rethinking or restraint.
This service is especially helpful if you are unsure how to proceed, whether a manuscript is ready for revision, or whether a project wants to be something else entirely.

• Short manuscripts or essays: $150–$250
• Full-length manuscripts: $300–$500
Developmental editing is offered only for work I believe in and have the capacity to engage with fully.
This service focuses on the shape of the work, structure, arc, clarity, and emotional truth. We look at what belongs, what doesn’t, and what may be getting in the way of the story becoming itself. This is collaborative and honest work, not cosmetic polishing.
I do not offer this service at volume, and I reserve the right to decline projects that are not a good fit.
